This information is used exclusively for anonymous statistical information on the use of the site to monitor the correct function and it is immediately erased after being used. The information may be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of intent crime of which the site may fall victim: except in this case, the data regarding contacts is not maintained for more than seven days.

Data disclosed voluntarily by the user

The non compulsory, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this site imply the successive acquisition of the sender’s address which is required to answer the requests. This also includes any other information included in the message. Specific information will be disclosed progressively or viewed on the pages dedicated to particular requested services.

For the lack of full disclosure, remember that in some cases (not part of the ordinary management of this site) the Authorities can request news and information according to art 157 of the d.lgs. n. 196/2003 for the monitoring of the management of data. In this case an answer is compulsory and failure to do so can result in administrative fines.
