The IT systems and the software which run this web site regularly collect personal data whose transfer is inherit in the internet communication protocols.
The information is not collected to be associated to a particular individual to identify them, but it may be connected to users through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties.
These categories contain IP addresses or domain names used by the users that connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the number code indicating the answer given by the server (success, error etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user IT environment.
This information is used exclusively for anonymous statistical information on the use of the site to monitor the correct function and it is immediately erased after being used. The information may be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of intent crime of which the site may fall victim: except in this case, the data regarding contacts is not maintained for more than seven days.
Data disclosed voluntarily by the user
The non compulsory, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this site imply the successive acquisition of the sender’s address which is required to answer the requests. This also includes any other information included in the message. Specific information will be disclosed progressively or viewed on the pages dedicated to particular requested services.
NON COMPULSORY DATA DISCLOSURE
Aside from what has been specified above, the user is free to disclose personal data in the forms to the privacy Guarantor or in any case indicated in the Office to send reminders on informative material or other communications.

For the lack of full disclosure, remember that in some cases (not part of the ordinary management of this site) the Authorities can request news and information according to art 157 of the d.lgs. n. 196/2003 for the monitoring of the management of data. Specific safety precautions are observed to avoid the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use or unauthorised access.
The subjects whom the personal information refers to have the right in any moment to receive confirmation of the existence or lack thereof of the same information and to know the origin and content, to verify the correctness and ask for integration or update or correction (art. 7 of d.lgs. n. 196/2003).
According to the same article the right is granted to ask for the elimination, transformation into anonymous form or the block of the data managed illegally as well as opposing, for legitimate reasons, the management of said data.
